Arthur Technologies and NTT DATA Build VR Pilot Program

The program aims to bring virtual office solutions and remote collaboration

Arthur Technologies, a pioneering enterprise Virtual Reality (VR) solution, and NTT DATA, a digital business and IT services leader, have collaborated on a pilot program to create large-scale virtual offices with advanced, fully immersive, and collaborative environments. As the leading software for virtual office spaces, Arthur empowers enterprises to maximize their level of remote productivity and free themselves from geographic and physical constraints. Through the partnership, NTT DATA will leverage Arthur as a part of its VR and Metaverse consulting service to advance its business and assist clients in implementing VR collaboration.

“We’re seeing growing adoption of VR technology in a vast number of industries. Virtual and mixed reality is a game-changer in productivity and collaboration for enterprises with distributed teams. With NTT DATA’s outstanding reputation and expertise, we will work jointly together to bring VR collaboration to more teams, companies, and industries,” said Eric Adolphs, Head of Customer Success, Arthur Technologies.

“As the use of immersive technologies, like VR and the metaverse, continues to rapidly scale, our goal is to help clients design, deliver and adopt new and engaging experiences while transforming their businesses,” said Ric Garner, Future of Work Consulting Lead, NTT DATA Services.

“Arthur Technologies provides us with advanced and scalable solutions to experiment, create tangible use cases and support our journey,” said Tarrel Pierson, Learning and New Skilling Lead, NTT DATA Services.

NTT DATA and Arthur will embark on a series of pilot programs to implement business use cases for Virtual Reality collaboration across different industries, including healthcare, public sector, manufacturing, and financial services. The goal of the pilot is to bring virtual office solutions and remote collaboration, including virtual meetings, workshops and team building activities, to industry-leading companies.

Additionally, Arthur Technologies is helping NTT DATA’s Digital Workplace Services group experiment with the use of immersive office spaces for the purposes of collaboration. “Working in VR will be part of our new work paradigm and we have made great progress in building out new solutions with this partnership,” said Vishal Brown, head of Digital Workplace, NTT DATA Services.

To inspire companies to use VR for remote collaboration, NTT DATA cohosted Arthur's Community Event to share more on opportunities and benefits of immersive technologies.
