Encryption
To prevent unauthorized data access, all data at Arthur is fully encrypted in-transit and at-rest. This means that you can be sure that only you can access your data.
Regular Secure Backups
Stored data is regularly secured to ensure the safety of your data.
SOC 2 Certification
Arthur is SOC 2 certified. SOC 2 is an auditing procedure developed by the American Institute of CPAs. It ensures secure management of your data based on five “trust service principles”—security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy.
Secure hosting
Data at Arthur is stored in data centers of Amazon Web Services. If not agreed otherwise, data will be stored in the data center in Frankfurt, Germany. AWS has a leading availability and IT security concept which is frequently audited to ensure compliance.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
Arthur does not sell your data and is compliant with service provider requirements under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We're committed to work with our clients to fulfill any CCPA requests received.
Third-Party Oversight
Arthur is currently in the process of obtaining further third-party audits to reflect our commitment to security.
