The first time I interacted with my digital coworker was an incredibly emotional moment. It felt surreal to witness an embodied AI not only “understand” its position within our 3D space but also perform tasks traditionally handled by human users.

My favorite use case of our workflow feature is what we call “alignment meetings”. Let’s say I want to run a workshop with 10 people where I need everyone’s input on a topic. Traditionally, if everyone is supposed to speak for 5 minutes to just share their ideas, we are already 50 minutes into a meeting - and we did not even discuss or decide anything yet. With our new digital coworkers, this meeting gets done in a completely different way, by gathering everyone’s input at the same time.
Our AI assistant creates separate breakout zones for all of us and interviews us individually about the topic. It then brings us back to our original position, displays a pinboard, and synthesizes all information from our interviews—showing where we agree, where we disagree, and proposing a meeting agenda. The first time we tried this internally with a real topic we needed to discuss, we looked at each other and could not believe what we just saw. The AI let us skip an entire meeting - and the outcome of the discussion was richer, better and more on-point than any other meeting we ever had.
